Bayswater is a privately held, Denver-based Exploration & Production company founded in 2004 and partnered with Elgin Capital in 2008. Bayswater launched their first private fund for institutional limited partners (“LPs”) in 2010 in partnership with Blenheim Natural Resources Management. In 2017, Bayswater separated amicably from Elgin and Blenheim and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as an Investment Adviser.
